Project Overview:

A general contractor familiar with CatchMark’s expertise in problem-solving approached us to assess our interest in and capability to assist with a high-end residential project. The scope of work included a network (design, installation, and configuration), home automation, home theater, TV wall, and surveillance system

Recognizing the project’s complexity, CatchMark embraced the challenge and was awarded the contract. Ultimately, the customer was highly satisfied with the results, appreciating the quality, precision, and expertise delivered by CatchMark and the entire project team.

 

Project Duration

The project lasted 18 months, and various trades collaborated to bring the vision to life. CatchMark’s involvement was crucial in the early stages and toward the project’s completion.

Project Challenges

• Coordination: Given the project’s scale and the number of trades involved, CatchMark had to maintain consistent communication with the general contractor despite not being on-site daily. Much of our work was completed in the early project phases and finalized after construction.
• Hardware Availability: Some required hardware faced limited availability and longer-than-usual lead times. CatchMark proactively managed procurement to prevent delays and keep the project on schedule.

Results

The customer greatly appreciated the planning, engineering, and execution of this project. As a result, CatchMark has since completed a second project for the customer and is actively discussing future opportunities.
