Brent Raeth
Brent is the Managing Partner of CatchMark Technologies and a seasoned technologist with over 25 years of experience in IT leadership, cybersecurity, and technical operations. He began his career serving in the U.S. Army, where he worked extensively with electronics—laying the foundation for his lifelong passion for technology and problem-solving. Brent holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and currently leads CatchMark’s Cybersecurity and Tech Support teams. Known for his strategic thinking and hands-on expertise, he excels in guiding secure, scalable solutions and driving innovation across complex technical environments.
Kara Raeth
Kara Raeth leads Marketing and Finance at CatchMark Technologies, overseeing marketing strategy, financial operations, and internal business processes. With more than 20 years of experience in web design and development, customer service, and project management, she brings a strong mix of technical knowledge and operational leadership to the company. Her current role includes digital marketing, brand and content strategy, financial management, accounts receivable and payable, project coordination, and business operations. Kara also proudly served in the U.S. Army, specializing in signal and communication intelligence, building a strong foundation in technology, communication, and problem-solving.

Ethan Goodsell
Ethan is a Senior Network Engineer at CatchMark Technologies with more than a decade of experience designing, implementing, and supporting network infrastructure for businesses. Since joining CatchMark in 2021, he has played a key role in network design, project estimating, field crew leadership, and quality assurance. His expertise includes structured cabling, wired and wireless networks, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, access control, surveillance and security camera systems, AV systems, and digital displays. Ethan specializes in designing reliable, scalable network infrastructure for single-site and multi-site businesses throughout West Michigan.
Curtis Holden
Curtis Holden is the Technology Support Manager at CatchMark Technologies, leading the team responsible for managed IT services and IT support for businesses throughout West Michigan. He joined CatchMark as an intern in 2018 and quickly advanced to a full-time role, bringing a strong drive to understand, troubleshoot, and improve technology systems. A Grand Valley State University graduate in Computer Science with an Engineering minor, Curtis is CompTIA A+ and ITIL 4 Foundation certified. His expertise includes managed IT support, networking, server management, application troubleshooting, and cybersecurity. Curtis leads the support team in providing proactive, reliable technology support that keeps client systems secure, efficient, and productive.
Morgan VanderLeest
Morgan VanderLeest is a cybersecurity and IT professional at CatchMark Technologies with expertise in network security, cyber defense, and managed IT support. A University of Michigan Computer Science and Engineering graduate, she holds CompTIA Security+, Network+, Security Specialist, and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications. Morgan leads CatchMark’s internal cybersecurity program and manages cybersecurity programs for customers, helping organizations reduce risk and protect their systems and data. She also co-led a cybersecurity team and authored a published article on ransomware attacks targeting critical U.S. infrastructure.
Conner Raeth
Conner Raeth is a Support Specialist at CatchMark Technologies, providing managed IT and help desk support with a strong customer-first approach. He began at CatchMark as an intern while studying Internet, Network, and Security Technologies at the Muskegon Career Tech Center before advancing to a full-time role. Conner holds CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications. His experience includes network administration, troubleshooting, system support, and technical issue resolution, helping customers keep their technology reliable, secure, and productive.
Dominic Aguirre
Dominic Aguirre is a Support Specialist at CatchMark Technologies and a CompTIA A+, Network+ certified IT professional and ITIL 4 Foundation certified. He specializes in IT support, computer repair, and hardware troubleshooting, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. With a background in management and customer service, Dominic brings strong problem-solving skills and clear communication to every client interaction. Passionate about technology, he is dedicated to delivering reliable, efficient technical solutions while continually expanding his knowledge in IT support and hardware diagnostics.

Brian Sibary is a certified Cybersecurity Specialist (CISSP) with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, threat mitigation, and compliance across government and commercial sectors—including defense, healthcare, finance, and supply chain industries. He has deep expertise in security auditing, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, NIST, HITRUST, CIS, PCI-DSS), vulnerability assessments, incident response, and data protection. Brian excels at aligning cybersecurity strategies with business objectives, helping organizations strengthen their security posture and protect against evolving cyber threats.

Owen Raeth
Owen Raeth joined CatchMark in August 2020 as a Tech Support Intern, then transitioned to DMM to learn graphic design and grow his experience in video editing, content creation, and drone operations. A 2024 Montague High School graduate, Owen is currently pursuing a degree in education with a long-term goal of integrating technology into the classroom. Passionate about teaching, communication, and digital tools, he brings strong public speaking skills, hands-on technical ability, and a creative mindset to his work. Owen is committed to bridging education and media to empower future learners.
Noah Raeth
Noah Raeth is a Digital Marketing and Media Intern at CatchMark Technologies and a senior at Montague High School. In his internship, he is gaining hands-on experience in content creation, project management, and digital storytelling, while developing strong skills in marketing strategy and media production. Passionate about design and innovation, Noah plans to pursue a degree in architecture, combining his creative vision with technical expertise. His goal is to leverage his experience in digital marketing to bring fresh perspectives to future architectural projects.
