Project Overview
The client came to us with a blank slate. No infrastructure, no hardware, no digital footprint. Just a physical location and a business plan. Our job was to provide the full technology stack to support both their office and warehouse operations from day one.
This included:
- Network infrastructure for both the office and the warehouse
- Business-grade computers and printers selected and configured for efficiency
- A modern phone system to support internal and external communication
- A professional, customer-ready website designed for visibility and growth
- Ongoing IT support and maintenance, ensuring long-term stability and service
Project Duration
Planning began with this customer during an in-person meeting in June 2025. By August 1, 2025, CatchMark had installed everything for the customer, and they were up and running.

Project Challenges
- The Customer hadn’t signed on a building when discussions started. Once that was done, we had to respond and create a proposal for the networking quickly.
- Balancing what was needed to get started, compared to what would be required in 3-6 months to help keep hardware costs down.
Results
The Customer is pleased with all of the work completed. Working with a single tech vendor to complete everything they needed gave them peace of mind that it would all come together as they envisioned.
