Project Overview:
This project involved several critical phases: bid creation and submission, meticulous planning and engineering, and precise execution. The requirements included installing all network and A/V cabling, networking equipment, surveillance cameras, door access control, digital video wall scoreboards, and a sound system.
Project Duration
This project took nearly two years. CatchMark’s scope of work was broken up throughout that timeline depending on the completion of supporting areas of the space.
Technology Stack
- Network Switches
- Wireless Access Points
- Atlona Automation Devices
- Sonos Streaming Solution
- Two digital video wall displays
- PA System
- Wireless Microphones
- Supporting audio equipment
Project Challenges
- Coordination: Given the project’s scale and the number of trades involved, CatchMark had to maintain consistent communication with the general contractor despite not being on-site daily. Much of our work was completed in the early project phases and finalized after construction.
- Hardware Availability: Some required hardware faced limited availability and longer-than-usual lead times. CatchMark proactively managed procurement to prevent delays and keep the project on schedule.
Results
The customer greatly appreciated the planning, engineering, and execution of this project. At no point in the project was CatchMark holding up the completion beyond the agreed-upon timeline. We look forward to applying our expertise to future projects, maintaining our commitment to excellence, and building lasting partnerships rooted in integrity and performance.
