Project Overview:

A gas station customer contacted CatchMark for help organizing their networking equipment, which was constantly bumped and unplugged. This equipment provided the connectivity for the gas pumps to function.

 

Project Duration

The project took three hours to complete. Planning and communication were done leading up to the execution between CatchMark and the customer to ensure everything was planned.

Project Challenges

• Timing: This required the gas station to be closed. Every hour closed costs them money, and they asked that this be executed beginning at midnight and lasting into the morning.
• Access: CatchMark cannot test or administer any of the equipment being moved. Very detailed notes were taken before any device was touched or unplugged.

The customer appreciates the planning and execution of this project.
